The first floor apartment was new in May 2005, and it is in the best location on the El Pinar de san gines development on the very frontline. With stunning views over the pine trees to the bay of Mazarron from all the windows and the roof terrace, stretching from the pirate lookout of St Helena’s tower on the cliffs to the left, too the bright lights of Puerto De Mazarron to the right.
Situated in the picturesque seaside village of La Azohia, the beach shelves gently with shallow, warm waters & a beautiful new palm fringed promenade stretching for 2 miles. Much prized by the Spanish the sea here is considered amongst the clearest in Spain and has been granted blue flag status.
The apartment has a large marble breakfast bar that seats 4 people, the lounge has quality furnishings and fittings, 2 two seater sofa’s English satellite system with a 19 inch flat screen television with free view, (if you wish you can bring and use your own sky card to use in the digibox) DVD player, and Hi, Fi with CD, a selection of games, books, DVD,S And CD,S, and 2 ceiling fans for your comfort on those hot day’s.
Outside the lounge is a small balcony, with a pergola and a parasol from where you can just sit and relax have breakfast or lunch and take the views of the bay.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine and separate dryer, a fire blanket and extinguisher and a small first aid kit is provided together with a fitted smoke alarm.
Both bedrooms have twin beds, fitted with wardrobes, drawer units, and a large ceiling fan in both rooms, a free travel cot, and high chair is provided should you have young children and there is a child friendly gate on the roof terrace as well.
The bathroom has a bath, shower and w,c, all bath towels, and hand towels hair dryer are supplied.
The 50m2 roof terrace has a folding awning to give you some shade and a parasol, sun loungers, a large table and 4 chairs, a BBQ, lights for late evening eating and fantastic views of course.

Where you can travel to local towns including the Port of Mazarron where you will find a brand new multimillion euro marina. There is a varied wide selection of shops, bars, and Restaurants. It also boasts a beautiful sandy beach. In the Port you can enjoy water sports and book sea fishing and boat trips. The towns shopping area has a wide selection large supermarkets, a large Sunday open air Market, shops, and fashionable boutiques.
There are numerous Golf courses within a 30 mile radius, the nearest being the Camposol Golf resort, horse riding and scuba diving can be obtained locally.
