Las Brisas is in the La Cumbre area of Puerto Mazarron over looking the town
and is a typical Spanish resort. It has 320 days of sunshine and average winter
temperatures of 18 degrees rising to 40 degrees in the summer months. Costa Calida
is well known for its blue flag beaches. The marina is under going extensive work for
new shops, bars & restuarants as well as new moorings. There are water sports facilties
which include, wind surfing, diving, sailing, snorkelling & fishing. There are 3 golf
courses within 30 minutes drive. It is also well known for walking & cycling.
